I’ve spent my career helping people make sense of their bodies, understand what they’re feeling, and find practical ways to move forward. My work has always been steady, calm, and focused on what’s actually useful — not more, not less.

As a licensed chiropractor in New York, I continue to offer in‑office care for those who prefer hands‑on support. Over time, my work has also expanded into a virtual model that allows me to support clients across the country. Whether we’re meeting in person or online, my approach stays the same: simple, clear, and centered on the whole person.

Outside of work, my life is grounded in my family. My wife recently retired after more than 30 years of teaching. Our two sons are grown, and becoming a grandfather has added a new kind of meaning to this stage of life. They’re the reason I do what I do, and the reminder that health is about more than symptoms — it’s about connection, purpose, and the way we move through our days.

No matter how someone finds their way to me, my goal is always the same: to offer support that feels human, steady, and genuinely helpful in real life.
